HumDay

Terms of Use

1. What the Service is

HumDay builds and runs automations from plain-language descriptions. You describe an outcome, HumDay drafts a written plan (a “Contract”), and nothing is built until you approve it. From an approved Contract the Service generates a program, tests it against example data, and — once you connect the outside accounts it needs and switch it on — runs it on a schedule or in response to events, making calls to those accounts on your behalf.

2. The approved Contract is the boundary

An automation may only do what its approved Contract says. That cuts both ways: we design the Service so that nothing runs without your approval, and you are responsible for what you approve. Read a Contract before approving it. If a Contract and your intention differ, the Contract is what gets built — and revising it is always available and never changes anything already running until you approve the revision.

3. Your account

4. Connected accounts and credentials

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

We may suspend or stop automations, or accounts, that break these rules. Where practical we tell you first.

6. Credits and billing

7. Your content

Your automation descriptions, Contracts, settings, and the data your automations move belong to you. You give us the license needed to operate the Service on them: to store them, process them — including with the AI model providers that draft plans and generate programs — and execute them against the accounts you connected. We claim no other rights in your content, and we do not use it to train models.

8. Our service

The Service, its software, design, and brand are HumDay’s. These terms give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service while your account is in good standing, and no other rights. Feedback you choose to send us may be used without obligation.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available and honest about its state: automations that stop tell you why, and runs leave evidence you can read. Still, the Service depends on outside providers and networks we do not control, and we do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may change or discontinue features; if we discontinue the Service itself we will give you reasonable notice and a way to export your data.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is”. Automations are generated software: they are tested against their Contracts before they run, but we do not warrant that an automation fits your particular purpose, that outside providers will behave, or that results will be error-free. Nothing in the Service is legal, financial, or professional advice.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows: neither side is liable to the other for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and HumDay’s total liability arising out of the Service is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

12. Indemnity

If a third party brings a claim against HumDay because of content you supplied, accounts you connected, or automations you approved in breach of these terms, you agree to cover the reasonable costs of that claim.

13. Ending the agreement

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We can suspend or end accounts that breach these terms, and end the agreement with reasonable notice otherwise. On termination your automations stop, and stored credentials are deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. For material changes we will tell you — by email or in the product — before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that date is acceptance of the updated terms.
